Key moments

The Renegades won the BBL|08 final by 13 runs in February 2019 after the Melbourne Stars collapsed from 0-93 to lose 7-19.
For BBL|16 the Renegades left Marvel Stadium, their home for 15 seasons, and made the MCG their primary home ground.

Controversy

Chris Gayle was fined $10,000 by the Renegades in January 2016 for his on-air comments to reporter Mel McLaughlin during a match.
